Treatment in Dr.Werth’s clinic: “permanent needles”against serious diseases
Today treatment in Dr. Werth’s clinic improved life of more than 5,500 patients suffering from neurological diseases
According to the World Alzheimer Report, 47 million people worldwide suffered from dementia in 2016. According to forecasts, this number will almost triple reaching 131 million by 2050.
In Ukraine, according to Ukrainian Institute of Gerontology, Alzheimer’s disease affects one in ten elderly people. Advanced age is the greatest risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease, as after age 65, the risk of Alzheimer’s doubles every five years. Alzheimer’s affects more women than men, while men are at greater risk for Parkinson’s disease.
Parkinson’s disease is the second most common age-related neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer’s disease. Today, around 10 million people worldwide suffer from Parkinson’s. According to forecasts, this number will double over the next generation.
According to statistics, the average life expectancy after Alzheimer’s diagnosis is 7 years, less than 3% of patients live more than 14 years. Parkinson’s disease life expectancy is a bit longer, but at the final stage of the disease person is completely bedridden and dependent on relatives.
The cure for these diseases is still not found, however it is possible to stop the progression.
German neurologist Ulrich Werth in 2001 introduced a unique method of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease treatment. The method is based on the implantation of so-called “permanent needles” under the skin of patient’s ear. After much research he came to the conclusion that the implants promote continuous production of substances that stimulate the production of dopamine (neurochemical of happiness) in the brain and lead to improvement in the symptoms of various neurological diseases.
In the case of Alzheimer’s disease parts of the brain responsible for long-term memory are stimulated. Many patients just two days after the treatment showed significant improvement while being tested on Alzheimer’s.
The method is based on the traditions of Chinese acupuncture and French school of acupuncture of Paul Nogier. Dr. Werth’s treatment involves the implantation of mini titanium needles under the skin of the auricle, which is connected with the brain through numerous nerve endings.
Brain scanning proves that needles stimulate active points, that leads to regeneration of brain cells. Implantation process is painless: titanium needle is 2 mm long, slightly thicker than a human hair. The needle is invisible in the ear and does not cause pain or discomfort. In general, implantation process feels like intramuscular injection.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. After detailed examination of the disease history doctor injects the minimum amount of anesthetic and performs implantation. The needle is inserted under the skin through a double sterile package with the help of a special apparatus, while disinfection eliminates the threat of infection. Wound healing process takes 2-3 days. No hospitalization is needed!
Today treatment in Dr. Werth’s clinic improved life of more than 5,500 patients suffering from neurological diseases. Clinical trials of German and Spanish clinics proved the effectiveness of Werth’s therapy. In the case of Parkinson’s disease permanent needles improve the effectiveness of pharmacological treatment of the disease, and reduces risk of increasing the dosage and introduction of new drugs. This significantly reduces possibility of side effects from long-term drug therapy, such as damage to the digestive tract, heart failure and even hallucinations.
After implantation, the improvement effect is achieved on an individual basis: someone feels instant relief, but, as a rule, a stable result can be obtained in a few months. Among positive effects of treatment are that the hormones are balanced in a natural way, patient’s emotional state is improved, energy level is increased, mental clarity is restored.
43-year-old patient of Dr.Werth Sabina, who has been suffering from panic attacks for several years, shares her story: “Many things have changed for the better within the half of the year after the implantation of the permanent needles. After the therapy, I was able to give up on antidepressants immediately. Since then, I have never experienced significant panic attacks – at first, they were still appearing but were not strong, and I could manage them myself. Six months later, panic attacks did not matter much to me….”
Apart from the treatment, clinic takes care of all organizational issues, such as invitation for visa, hotel accommodation and air travel. Moreover, the treatment process has nothing to do with the hospitalization to which we are accustomed; it is more like a spontaneous vacation on the shore of the Mediterranean sea than the treatment in the hospital.
It is true that today there is no a complete cure for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, but there is a way to stop the progression of the disease. Dr.Werth helps patients suffering from dementia, to get back to normal life and feel healthy again. In Dr. Werth’s Clinic doctors believe: “there’s always a chance” and all these years they’ve been giving a chance for a full recovery to all who need it.
